History Talks & Tour Information
Fall Talks:
October 2nd: Munising History Trivia presented by the Munising Community History Project
November 6th: Keeper Sayles & the Marquette Harbor Lighthouse by NMU’s Evan Sparks
**All fall talks will be held at the East Channel Connection at 7:00PM. The Connection space is located at 205 E. Superior St., Munising, Michigan.
Winter Talks:
January 27th: Barnes Hecker Mine Disaster by Historian Jim Paquette
February 24th: Blacksmithing Bitches by Local Forge Tutor Wil Jakeway
March 31st: Upper Peninsula Pizza History by NMU’s Dr. Chet DeFonso
April 28th: About Fort Wilkins by Fort Historian Barry James
**All winter talks will be held at the Munising School Public Library at 5:30PM, unless indicated otherwise. The Library is located at 810 M-28 Suite A, Munising, Michigan.
